LMGS from Markham Golf Dome, is pleased to announce the winners of their indoor golf tournament. Willy Wang, Amy’s father gave us a great opportunity to offer our students an enjoyable event by hosting the "LM Golf School" our first indoor golf tournament. We are so thankful to Mr. Willy, says Luiz Martins, Director of Education.
“Our best students finally got a chance to compete with our new students, who take every opportunity they get to play golf on great Harbour’s Town Par (71) at SWING PARK Golf Simulators." The event was a success and Amy Wang won with gross score of 76, and everyone is already talking about the next tournament. Our students showcased their skills on state-of-the-art GOLF simulators playing the famous courses for their chance to win prizes including trophies, and some gifts for First to Third place. Amy, who also trained a lot for this tournament, did not fail and played with the same professional category. Her drives are long and accurate, and her impeccable short game gave her the best gross result of the tournament. Congrats to Amy!!! Aidan was the highlight of the tournament and surprised everyone with his long drives and straight fairway woods ending with 83. Keep going Aidan you’re on the way! Lucas, who trains all week, could participate because he suffered a food allergy attack and ended up in the hospital. He is already feeling better! Get ready for the next one! Victoria played with emotion in her first participation in tournaments. I have seen many of my students with the same feeling in tournaments that have become great players. Keep going Victoria! Little John had his first participation with the group, and he made the most of it, coming in second place. Congratulations John! Harry, who is studying hard and preparing for school exams and music, did not have much time to practice. We know that practice is the main ingredient for better results. Even without practice Harry was in Third place showing why he is part of the elite group of the School. Great job Harry! Congratulations to the Amy and Aidan winning girls and boys: Gross Score: Amy Wang 76 (+5) GIRLS:
