Methodology

The coaching approach is interdependent, innovative and individual.
Using the own manual, the Head Coach work with a group os students, to allow more individualization in practice and in competition.
This also exposes students to more expertise and a variety of coaching skills and experiences. Experience as a tour player plays a key role in providing accurate training blueprints.
