Alejandro Molina, a modern PGA Professional graduated from PGA of Brasil in 2018 with high profile experience and a commitment to excellence has been certified to Kids Coach from LM Golf School in Canada.

"Molina combines specialized sports management knowledge with an inclusive leadership style, exceptional people skills and a determined drive to meet and exceed her goals," Frank Valdez, director of LM Golf School spoke this week.

"My experience with Molina in he's role as a person over the past 10 years, combined with her disposition and professionalism, made he the enthusiastic and unanimous choice to assume to work with kids in the golf industry. The LMGS Director said.

The Golf School in La Paz he’s local club provided the foundation towards Molina goal. "I pursued a golf career motivated by the enthusiasm of my coach LM when doing his work in the club and because I was interested in learning about the relationship between people and golf. I was part of team work in Canada for five months and deepened my understanding of the value of teamwork and the subsequent power that results from working towards a common goal with enthusiasm. This is what defines my management style today. During the five months of internship in a real scenario working with all the students of the school, it was crucial for the development of specialized skills that increased their ability to help any player." Molina said.

For Molina, work with kids is an exciting step forward in a carefully planned career, to a very hard-working individual who dedicates herself to his profession!

Molina returned home not only with more experience and knowledge about golf, but aware that he will have excellent opportunities and a promising future in the golf educational industry.
